This is a beautiful bit of cheese with blue mould in it. Cambazola style with the Banjo Stanlee branding magic addid. Its just still in date i think, but then, who cares? its meant to be mouldy.

This is quite a big bit of delicious mouldy cheese, at least a kilo. I've had some myself and used some in the cafe for toasted sandwiches. Its absolutely fine. Why do they chuck this stuff out????
