This delicious product you either love it or hate it depending if you watch too much tele. It is supposed to be "Good For You"(TM reg), or so We AS BEEn TOld.
The thing is though is that things are only Good For You (TM reg) if your body needs that thing.

This product is made out of yeast i think and cooked in a cast iron marmite. Its quite salty. And sticky. Some people eat it on toast. i womt say what i use it for.
